In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking result-oriented and performance-driven individuals to join our team in the following capacities to be based in Seremban/ Kluang :-
1. SITE ENGINEER
Requirements :-
- Possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum three (3) years practical site experience as Civil Engineers in main/sub-contractor environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership qualities and able to foster teamwork
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
- Energetic and passionate about building a successful career
- Presentable, able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibilities and urgencies
- Have a mind for work details
- Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with site personnel in meeting work schedule
- Good knowledge in works planning, execution and control.
Responsibilities :-
- Site management and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site
- Discuss and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out on schedule and conformed to specifications
- Site inspection to monitor site progress and ensuring conformity with construction plan, specification and relevant standards
- Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the construction site assigned
- Other related duties as assigned.
2. SALES EXECUTIVE (SEREMBAN/ KLUANG)
Requirements :-
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales of residential and commercial properties of housing projects.
- Proficiency in Bahasa, English & Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
- Energetic and passionate about building a successful sales career.
- Presentable, able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills & conform to deadlines.
- Have a mind for work details.
- Good PR & negotiation skills.
- Must be able to travel outstation and possess own transport.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
Responsibilities/Tasks :-
- Manage and plan calendar for event space (road show/exhibition/stage event).
- Responsible for event logistic arrangement and set up.
- Prepare and pack event kit.
- Responsible for development and implementation of marketing collaterals.
- Organise in all marketing and promotional activities, organise property launch activities procurement of marketing materials.
- Assist in the preparation of promotion programs Develop marketing / sales strategies in line with company objectives.
- Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets.
3. CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (SEREMBAN)
Requirements :-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English with good telephone skills and etiquette.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other Computer skills.
Responsibilities :-
- Handle all incoming calls: screen and channel to the appropriate person in a polite, professional and efficient manner; as well as to assist in making outgoing calls whenever required.
- Welcome visitors/guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner: determine nature of business, announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate with dispatch / courier services companies for mails/packages deliver and receive.
- Delegate letters and documents received by hand, delivery of courier and arrange for outgoing courier in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance to customers or potential customers at all time.
