Since inception, the Group has successfully completed and sold a total of approximately 11,000 units of residential and commercial properties with a GDV of approximately RM 900 million mainly located in the towns of Seremban and Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan and Bandar Tenggara, Kota Tinggi, Johor.

The Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (MCHB) was founded by Dato’ Lee Tian Hock in 1997. Dato’ Lee began his career in 1983 as a Project Executive with a Johor based company in the development of a mixed housing scheme in Singapore valued at approximately RM30 million. Since then, he has been involved in several other development projects, including the Bandar Baru Nilai Township Project which has a GDV of approximately RM5.5 billion, located near to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. He left his employment in 1997 and founded the Group with its first assignment being the Taman Bahau project.

Today, the Group is well-known for building affordable residential and commercial properties to meet the requirements of the middle income earners. The strengths of the Group include amongst others, its marketing strategies, constructing and delivering end-products ahead of schedule, focusing on customer satisfaction and a team of committed and responsible workforce.

In line with the demand of higher-end houses as well as the expansion of the Group, MCH began to venture into the offering of middle to higher-end range of properties in strategic locations in Seremban and Port Dickson as well as the districts of Kota Tinggi and Kluang in Johor.
