Board Committees

Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad's Board is supported by three Board committees: the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee, and the Remuneration Committee. These committees oversee financial reporting and internal controls, board composition and succession, and directors' remuneration policies in line with the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (MCCG) and Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listing Requirements.
