Too many promising young athletes, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, face limitations in accessing professional training, long-term support, and educational opportunities. The LTH Excellence Scholarship Programme was created to bridge that gap by empowering future leaders, athletes, and changemakers to rise beyond limitations and achieve their highest potential.

Sports Discipline + Eligibility.
Participating Sports
- Badminton, Athletics, Swimming, Cycling, Football, Basketball, Wushu, Squash, Chess, Fencing, Sepak Takraw and more.
Eligibility Requirements
- Pass at least 6 subjects (or equivalent)
- Consistent sports participation for last 2–3 years
- State/National/International representation, or outstanding State/National/International achievement
- Member of winner/runners-up teams or Top-3 individual finishers
Documents Required
- National/State Athlete Status Verification Letter from Majlis Sukan Negara/Sport Association Board
- Recommendation letter from the Head Coach
- List of Sports Involvement & Achievement from Year 2024 – 2026 (kindly submit the certificate of achievement or photo of medal as supporting document)
- Academic Transcripts and Highest Education Certificates

- 30 June 2026 (for August 2026 intakes) - International School
- 30 November 2026 (For January 2027 intakes) - Private School
Processing Period
- Only applicants shortlisted for an interview will be informed via an email by mid of July (August intakes) and mid of December (January intakes)
