Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has been named among Malaysia’s Top 10 developers in the Top of the Chart category for companies with a market capitalisation of RM1 billion and above at the Malaysia Developer Awards (MDA) 2026. The recognition coincides with the Group’s 30th anniversary, celebrating its track record in financial performance, innovation and community-focused development.

Over three decades, Matrix has evolved from a Negeri Sembilan-based property developer into a diversified group spanning property development, construction, education, hospitality and healthcare. Its key growth projects include MVV City, a 964-hectare integrated development with an estimated GDV of RM15 billion; Bandar Seri Impian 2 in Kluang; and Levia Residence Puchong, a RM750 million high-rise residential development.
