Matrix Concepts achieves record RM1.51 billion property sales in FY26, driven by MVV City’s emergence as new growth catalyst, and Kelvin Lee was appointed Managing Director

The Story.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd recorded its highest-ever annual revenue in FY2026, with revenue increasing 18.15% to RM1.36 billion and net profit rising to RM219.33 million. The growth was mainly driven by strong contributions from its core property development segment, especially Sendayan Developments, alongside newer projects such as MVV City and Levia Residence.

Matrix Concepts also announced the appointment of Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan as Group Managing Director effective June 1. Kelvin Lee is the son of founder and executive deputy chairman Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock and previously served as Group Executive Director.

The appointment of Kelvin Lee signals Matrix’s transition into a new generation of leadership while maintaining continuity in long-term vision and company culture. It also reinforces confidence in the group’s future expansion strategy across industrial ecosystem development (MVV City), Klang Valley expansion and healthcare, education and hospitality sectors.

The record revenue achievement demonstrates Matrix’s ability to sustain growth despite margin pressures and changing market conditions. It also highlights the effectiveness of the company’s ecosystem-driven model focused on “live-work-play” communities and industrial integration.

The leadership transition also strengthens Matrix’s image as a mature, forward-looking organisation with succession continuity and long-term sustainability planning in place.
