Through our subsidiary N9 Matrix Development Sdn Bhd, we have entered into a sale and purchase agreement with NS Corporation to acquire 1,382 acres of freehold land in the MVV2.0 development corridor for RM460 million, the biggest land deal in Malaysia by size in over five years. With an 85% shareholding in the joint venture and plans to develop a sustainable township with a GDV of RM7 billion, this is our commitment to Negeri Sembilan for the next generation.
