Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is strengthening its presence in the Klang Valley with Levia Residence Puchong, a RM750 million high-rise residential development in Pusat Bandar Puchong. The project consists of two 39-storey towers with 1,336 residential units on a 5.76-acre site and is the group’s fourth high-rise project in the Klang Valley.

Located about 250 metres from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station with direct access to the Damansara-Puchong Expressway, the development targets young professionals, first-time buyers, young families, upgraders and retirees looking for accessibility and convenience. Units range from 682 to 966 sq ft, with indicative prices starting from RM459,000.

Levia Residence Puchong will feature lifestyle facilities including a swimming pool, gym, sports hall, co-working space, sky garden lounge and recreational areas. Matrix is also investing in a 3.33-acre public park and a 1.5-storey public car park, which will eventually be handed over to MBSJ, adding value to both residents and the surrounding community.
