Matrix Concepts said the contribution underscores the strong public–private collaboration driving MVV City’s development, a strategically planned growth corridor aimed at spurring economic activity, creating jobs and supporting the state’s long-term development agenda.
“The RM50 million contribution represents a portion of the land conversion premium and underscores the group’s strong commitment to the development of MVV City.
“It also reflects Matrix Concepts’ confidence in the state’s long-term vision for the region,” it added.
The group said it remains committed to supporting Negri Sembilan’s development goals through strategic partnerships and investments, reaffirming its role in driving economic progress and community well-being in the state.
