Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is reviving its RM153 million property development plans in Johor, driven by improving rail connectivity between Johor Bahru and Kluang. The expansion of the electric double-track railway and southern shuttle services is expected to improve accessibility and encourage population movement towards surrounding areas.

The improved connectivity is creating new opportunities for residential development as more people consider living outside Johor Bahru while remaining connected to the city centre.
