The Story.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is ending the year on a high note with the launch of its ONEFest Celebration, a multi-festive campaign designed to reward homebuyers, strengthen customer engagement and accelerate sales across its southern, Negeri Sembilan and Klang Valley developments.

This campaign unites the joy of Christmas, the prosperity of Chinese New Year and the togetherness of Hari Raya Aidilfitri into one continuous celebration of rewards similar to the Malaysian multiracial spirit of living in harmony. As such, the campaign introduces some of Matrix Concepts’ most comprehensive incentives to date.

The incentives combine financial benefits, lifestyle rewards, loyalty programmes and community-driven engagement mechanisms, structured to appeal to a wide spectrum of buyers, including first-time homeowners, multi-generational families and repeat purchasers.

A line-up of incentives

Matrix ONEFest Celebration presents a robust range of perks aimed at lowering entry costs and enriching the homeowner experience. Among the most attractive offerings is the waiver of fees for loans, sale and purchase agreements, memorandums of transfer and memorandums of charge, for selected projects.

In addition, purchasers of eligible homes will receive a complimentary one-year broadband subscription. The developer is also offering a complimentary membership to d’Tempat Country Club in Bandar Sri Sendayan, redeemable for up to five terms. This premium lifestyle privilege grants access to recreational amenities, fitness facilities and family-friendly spaces.

For its esteemed purchasers, Matrix Concepts has expanded its family loyalty programme. Existing purchasers who buy another property during the Matrix ONEFest Celebration period will enjoy loyalty rewards, while immediate family members — including parents, children and siblings — are also eligible for the same reward even if they are first-time Matrix buyers.

The developer states that the expanded eligibility encourages multi-generational families to buy within the same communities, strengthening neighbourhood continuity and deepening long-term brand loyalty.

Besides that, the buyer-get-buyer incentive adds another layer of engagement. Under this scheme, an existing purchaser who successfully refers a new buyer receives a reward, while the new purchaser enjoys a matching reward.

To make the homebuying experience even more exciting, selected participating projects also qualify for festive rewards of up to RM100,000.
