Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is ending the year on a high note with the launch of its ONEFest Celebration, a multi-festive campaign designed to reward homebuyers, strengthen customer engagement and accelerate sales across its southern, Negeri Sembilan and Klang Valley developments.
This campaign unites the joy of Christmas, the prosperity of Chinese New Year and the togetherness of Hari Raya Aidilfitri into one continuous celebration of rewards similar to the Malaysian multiracial spirit of living in harmony. As such, the campaign introduces some of Matrix Concepts’ most comprehensive incentives to date.
The incentives combine financial benefits, lifestyle rewards, loyalty programmes and community-driven engagement mechanisms, structured to appeal to a wide spectrum of buyers, including first-time homeowners, multi-generational families and repeat purchasers.
