Matrix Concepts Optimistic Over Growth Prospects

Matrix Concepts tandatangan perjanjian beli 559 hektar tanah di MVV2.0 bernilai RM460 juta, merancang perbandaran mampan GDV RM7 bilion di Negeri Sembilan.

Editorial.

The Story.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd began FY2023 on a positive note, recording a 48.4% increase in net profit to RM47.04 million for the first quarter, while revenue grew 40.3% to RM229.3 million compared with the same period last year.

The strong performance was mainly supported by higher contributions from its residential and commercial developments, especially Sendayan Developments, as well as industrial property sales at Sendayan TechValley.

The company also achieved healthy new property sales of RM309.2 million, driven by continued demand for its affordable-premium homes. Its latest projects, Aluna @ Nusari Aman, Lyra @ Bayu Sutera, and Celia @ Tiara Sendayan, received strong market response with an average take-up rate of 99%.

Despite challenges such as rising interest rates, labour shortages, and higher material costs, Matrix Concepts remains confident in its growth outlook. The company continues to focus on providing quality homes at attractive prices while strengthening its position in the property market.
