Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has pledged RM4.45 million towards the construction of the new SJK(T) Ladang Labu Division 4, helping secure the full RM9 million needed for the project. The new school will be relocated to MVV City near Bandar Sri Sendayan and will feature modern facilities, including 12 classrooms, science and computer labs, a library, preschool classrooms, a multipurpose hall, a canteen, and a sports field. Construction is expected to commence once the relocation receives final approval from the Ministry of Education.

The new Tamil school reflects Matrix’s long-term vision of creating integrated townships where education, community facilities, and quality living grow together. By funding half of the project’s cost, Matrix is reinforcing its role not only as a township developer but also as a partner in developing future generations and supporting inclusive community growth.
