MABA awards 19 Levia Residence condo units worth over RM6 million to Malaysia's SEA Games women's basketball champions and long-serving staff.
When our founder Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock makes a promise, he keeps it. As MABA president, he has long championed the idea that champions deserve to be rewarded, and awarding 19 Levia Residence condo units valued at over RM6 million to the players, coaches and staff behind Malaysia's back-to-back women's basketball gold medals at the 2015 and 2017 SEA Games is a testament to that commitment. It is also a reminder that Levia Residence is more than just a development. It is a home worthy of champions. Find out more about Levia Residence and our Klang Valley developments.
Malaysia Basketball Association (MABA) rewarded the national women’s team and key contributors for their SEA Games gold medal achievements in 2015 and 2017 by awarding 19 condominium units in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, with a total value exceeding RM6 million. Each unit is valued at RM300,000 with additional renovation support, reflecting a strong commitment to recognising excellence and motivating future performance, with similar incentives planned for upcoming SEA Games successes.
This initiative highlights the growing role of real estate as a tangible and aspirational reward, reinforcing the value of property as both an investment and lifestyle asset. It also underscores how property developments can be positioned beyond housing, serving as instruments for recognition, motivation, and long-term value creation, aligning with Matrix’s focus on delivering meaningful, high-quality developments that contribute to both individual achievement and broader community building.
