The Story.

Succession planning is crucial for every business. For Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, the transition from founder Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock to the next generation is less about stepping aside and more about passing forward a philosophy – one built on discipline, integrity and foresight.

Established in the late 1990s, Matrix Concepts started its journey with a project in Bahau, Negeri Sembilan, valued at RM35 million in gross development value (GDV). Since then, its has grown into a key township developer in Malaysia. The company undertakes large-scale integrated township developments of up to RM15 billion in GDV.
