Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim urging ministries and government agencies to strengthen “ground engagement” by going directly to markets and communities to better understand the needs of hawkers, traders, and youths. The initiative focuses on improving access to support, financing, and assistance programmes, especially for lower-income groups and young entrepreneurs.

The initiative was highlighted during the Hari Belia Negara (National Youth Day) programme in Negeri Sembilan, which focuses on youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community development.

During the event in Negeri Sembilan, the Prime Minister also received a memento from Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, reflecting the company’s presence and engagement in community and state-level initiatives.
