Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad was recognised as one of Malaysia’s Top 10 Property Developers in the Malaysia Developer Awards (MDA) 2022, a prestigious award that celebrates excellence and outstanding achievements in the property development industry.

Held at Sunway Resort Hotel, the inaugural awards honoured leading developers across various categories, including market capitalisation, innovation, international achievements and project transformation. Matrix Concepts was listed among the Top 10 developers with a market capitalisation of RM1 billion and above, alongside several of Malaysia’s most established property companies.

The awards were judged by an independent panel of industry experts, with the aim of promoting quality, innovation and sustainable development while recognising developers that have made significant contributions to Malaysia’s real estate sector.
