Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd officially launched X Park Bandar Seri Impian in Kluang, Johor — a new recreational and lifestyle hub designed to strengthen community engagement and enhance township living. The launch attracted around 15,000 visitors through sports tournaments, public activities, carnival attractions, and family-oriented programmes. Facilities include go-karting, pickleball, futsal, ATV tracks, cafés, retail outlets, and a driving range.

The development marks Matrix’s second collaboration with X Park after the success of Bandar Sri Sendayan, reinforcing its focus on lifestyle-driven township development.

This initiative supports Matrix’s strategy of transforming its townships into integrated lifestyle destinations by combining recreation, community experiences, and economic activity to strengthen long-term township value and brand positioning.
